पृथ्वी दिवस

पृथ्वी दिवस प्रत्येक साल 22 अप्रैल को दुनिया भर में मनाया जाता है। पृथ्वी को संरक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए और सारी दुनिया से इसमें सहयोग और समर्थन करने के लिए पृथ्वी दिवस मनाया जाता है। इस दिन पर्यावरण संरक्षण और पृथ्वी को बचाने का संकल्प लिया जाता है।

Earth Day is celebrated worldwide on 22 April each year. Earth Day is celebrated to provide protection to the Earth and to support and support it from all over the world. On this day it is resolved to conserve the environment and save the earth.

पृथ्वी दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक बनाना है। इस साल पृथ्वी दिवस का थीम  ‘Climate Action’ है, जबकि पिछले साल इसका थीम ‘Protect Our Species’ था। पृथ्वी पर रहने वाले सभी जीव-जंतुओं और पेड़-पौधों को बचाने तथा दुनिया भर में पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरुकता बढ़ाने के लक्ष्य के साथ पृथ्वी दिवस मनाया जाता है।

The main purpose of Earth Day is to make people aware of environmental protection.  This year, the theme of Earth Day is 'Climate Action', while last year its theme was 'Protect Our Species'. Earth Day is celebrated with the goal of saving all the animals and plants living on the earth and raising the awareness of the environment around the world.

पूरी दुनिया 22 अप्रैल को पृथ्वी दिवस मनाती है, लेकिन अमेरिका में इसे वृक्ष दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। पहले पूरी दुनिया में साल में दो दिन (21 मार्च और 22 अप्रैल) पृथ्वी दिवस मनाया जाता था। लेकिन वर्ष 1970 से 22 अप्रैल को मनाया जाना तय किया गया। 

The entire world celebrates Earth Day on April 22, but in America it is celebrated as Tree Day.  Earlier, Earth Day was celebrated two days a year (March 21 and April 22) all over the world. But it was scheduled to be celebrated from 1970 to 22 April.

21 मार्च को मनाए जाने वाले ‘विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस' को संयुक्त राष्ट्र का समर्थन है, पर इसका महत्व वैज्ञानिक तथा पर्यावरणीय ज्यादा है। इसे उत्तरी गोलार्ध के वसंत तथा दक्षिणी गोलार्ध के पतझड़ के प्रतीक स्वरूप मनाया जाता है।

The World Earth Day, observed on 21 March, has the support of the United Nations, but its importance is more scientific and environmental. It is celebrated as a symbol of the spring of the Northern Hemisphere and the autumn of the Southern Hemisphere.

विश्व पृथ्वी दिवस 22 अप्रैल को ही मनाए जाने के पीछे अमेरिकी सीनेटर गेलार्ड नेल्सन रहे है। वे पर्यावरण को लेकर चिंतित रहते थे और लोगों में जागरूकता जगाने के लिए कोई राह बनाने के प्रयास करते रहते थे।

US Senator Gaylard Nelson has been behind World Earth Day on April 22. He was concerned about the environment and kept making efforts to create a way to create awareness among the people.

पृथ्वी दिवस (Earth Day) को पहली बार 1970 में 22 अप्रैल को मनाया गया था। इस दिन पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण को बचाने को लेकर लोगों के बीच जागरुकता फैलाने का संदेश दिया जाता है। इस दिन को दुनिया के 193 देश मनाते है।

Earth Day was first observed on April 22, 1970. On this day, a message is given to spread awareness among the people about saving the earth's environment. 193 countries of the world celebrate this day.

पृथ्वी दिवस को मनाने का मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को पृथ्वी और पर्यावरण के संरक्षण हेतु जागरूक करना है। आधुनिक काल में जिस तरह से मृदा अपरदन हो रहा है, ग्लेशियर पिघल रहे हैं, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग बढ़ रहा है और इनसे पृथ्वी का ह्वास हो रहा है। ऐसी स्थति में पृथ्वी की गुणवत्ता, उर्वरकता और महत्ता को बनाए रखने के लिए हमें पर्यावरण और पृथ्वी को सुरक्षित रखने की जरूरत है। इन महत्वकांक्षी उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने हेतु प्रत्येक साल 22 अप्रैल पृथ्वी दिवस मनाया जाता है।

The main purpose of celebrating Earth Day is to make people aware about the protection of the Earth and the environment. In the modern era, the way soil erosion is happening, the glaciers are melting, global warming is increasing and they are causing the Earth to evaporate. To maintain the quality, fertility and importance of the Earth in such a situation, we need to protect the environment and the Earth. Every year 22 April Earth Day is celebrated to fulfill these ambitious objectives.

गूगल ने 'पृथ्वी दिवस' की 50वीं सालगिरह पर एक खास डूडल बनाया है। पृथ्वी दिवस के 50 वर्ष पूरे होने पर गूगल ने इसे सेलिब्रेट किया है। पृथ्वी दिवस 2020 की 50वीं वर्षगांठ गूगल ने अपने खास डूडल से एक संदेश दिया है।

Google has made a special doodle on the 50th anniversary of 'Earth Day'. Google has celebrated it on the completion of 50 years of Earth Day. Google has given a message with its special doodle, the 50th anniversary of Earth Day 2020.

इस खास डूडल को क्लिक करने पर एक वीडियो संदेश दिखाई देता है, जिसमें एक मधुमक्‍खी के महत्व को बताया गया है। गूगल ने यह बताने की कोशिश की है कि धरती पर हर छोटे से छोटे जीव का अपना महत्व है।

On clicking this special doodle, a video message appears, explaining the importance of a bee. Google has tried to show that every little creature on earth has its own importance.
